Complaints

We aim to provide a competent, friendly, quality service to all our users.

If you have a complaint, we ask you to:-

• Raise it with your case worker (if you have one).
• If you are still not satisfied, write to -

  You should have a reply within 10 working days.
• If you are still not satisfied, write to -
  
  the Chair of the Management Committee
  c/o Nucleus.
  You should get a reply within 15 working days.
• If you are still not satisfied, we will provide you with details of outside organisations you could go to.

We ask you to keep copies of all your letters.
