We also participate in the West London County Court Rota providing free housing advice on the day of hearing.
The Housing Action Centre currently provide an additional housing advice session on Tuesdays between 10am and 12.30pm.
[ 1 ] I am a single person - will my local council provide me with housing?
[ 2 ] My tenancy has run out and now my landlord has told me to leave. Do I have to go right now?
[ 3 ] My court has sent me "accelerated possession proceedings" forms. What does this mean?
[ 4 ] My landlord, a housing association, has said he has applied for a court hearing for possession. I claimed housing benefit but have not received any rent rebate yet.
[ 5 ] My landlord has a suspended possession against me, for my current rent plus £20 pw. I can not afford the payments.
[ 6 ] I have a rent act protected tenancy - how much is my landlord allowed to increase the rent?
