We provide a full range of advice on benefits, taking on cases which include -

• disability benefits,
• in-work benefits (Family Credit, Disability Working Allowance),
• means and non-means tested benefits,
• social fund cases and
• various pension work.

We regularly take on cases up to tribunal level, which include Housing Benefits.

We are founding members of the RightsNet information sharing electronic bulletin/discussion board.

In past years we have taken cases to the High Court for Judicial Review.
